Yield: Serves 4
| 1 | Tablespoon | olive oil | |
| 2 | Tablespoons | butter or margarine | |
| 4 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
| 1 | lb. | (26-30 ct.) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined | |
| 3 | Tablespoons | snipped fresh parsley | |
| 3 | Tablespoons | white wine | |
In a large skillet heat the oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook, stirrring frequently for 2 to 3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink. Sitr in parsley and wine. Serve over rice.
